Since the Guardians have taken occupation in a number of our sites, we have enjoyed over a year of incident and cost-free security to our site. Our site is tidy and weed free, the lights all work and all the property maintenance is all taken care of by Halo. In addition they have installed a CCTV system which covers the whole site adding peace of mind that any is monitored and recorded.

A few of our commercial units were left unoccupied for a short time whilst waiting for a sale to go through and were squatted in June 2021. Halo were recommended to us and we instructed Halo Guardians to manage the security of various parts of the site, in order to prevent squatters from taking over other empty units. Halo were quick to mobilise and protected some of the empty units with Guardians and others with security guards.

After handing our vacant care home to Halo Gradians, they instantly placed a temporary Guardian in our property and carried out all the necessary works in a speedy timescale in order to comply with all current legal/HMO guidelines and fully occupied our building, eradicating our fears and costs all in one go! The master key system is also great giving us access to all areas with just one key. No more going through the bunches to access various parts of site.
