What makes Halo Guardians the ideal choice?

At Halo Guardians, our property guardian program isn’t solely focused on assisting vacant property owners. Joining us as a Guardian comes with a host of benefits to make your Guardian experience truly rewarding. As the UK’s premier property guardian company, here are just a few compelling reasons why you should choose to become a Guardian with us.

Affordability

We are proud to offer affordable city living solutions to key workers and young professionals. Renting in London can be inaccessible, especially in central locations. By protecting commercial properties in the heart of the city, Live-in Guardians can provide accommodation at a significantly lower rate than your average city-centre rental property. We have several properties across London and the surrounding areas, providing low-cost rented accommodation to even more people in the UK.

We offer the UK’s leading guardian scheme, and have been providing unique and affordable accommodation since 2010. If you’re interested in property guardianship and think our Community at Live-in Guardians is the right choice for you, fill out our application form today and we will notify you as soon as a suitable property becomes available

Flexibility

We offer flexible tenancy contracts to suit your circumstances and needs. Whether you need accommodation for thirty days or three months, we can match you with a suitable property to make sure you aren’t tied down for any longer than you need to be.

Security

Our property Guardians are never expected to put themselves in potentially hazardous or dangerous situations. We have a handy web portal for our Guardians, and our team is on call around-the-clock to handle any maintenance, health and safety, or security concerns as soon as they are reported them to us. Additionally, all of our properties meet strict, requisite health and fire safety regulations.

Community

When you become a Halo Guardian, you don’t just join a vibrant community; you also gain access to a safe and flexible living environment. Halo provides shared accommodation for key workers and professionals, offering an affordable living space among like-minded, creative individuals.
